This year's Beaver County Band Festival was held on October 1, 1999 at Geneva College's Reeve's Stadium, and was hosted by the New Brighton Band Parents Organization. This was the festival's 22nd anniversary with nearly 1700 band members perfoming throughout the evening.
The bands performing, in order of appearance were: Blackhawk, Center, Ambridge, Monaca, Rochester, Western Beaver, South Side, Beaver Falls, Beaver, Riverside, Hopewell, ALIQUIPPA, New Brighton and a special appearance by the Geneva College Golden Tornado Marching Band.
